The fund&#8217;s first investment is the real-estate complex located on the south side of Milan, near Via Ripamonti, one of the city&#8217;s main thoroughfares, which links the city&#8217;s outlying southern districts directly to the historical centre.<\/p>\n<p>Development will be guided by ESG criteria, including sustainable construction methods designed to create a positive social impact in the urban landscape of reference.<\/p>\n<p>By creating a high-quality residential solution that corresponds to today&#8217;s standards of living, the project seeks to meets the city&#8217;s demographic needs.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>Brief Fund Timeline<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The areas, acquired in March 2022, are located in Via Lampedusa and cover over 45,000 sqm.<br \/>\nThere are nine buildings, partly disused, partly leased for office use.
