Milan, 16 July 2025 – Colliers Global Investors announces the creation of a fixed capital investment company (“SICAF”) dedicated to the management of a residential property located at Viale Monza 137/139 in Milan, following the completion of an ambitious redevelopment project led by Harrison Street, a leading investment management firm with $55 billion in assets under management, and Artisa Group (“Artisa”), an international real estate development company active in the Swiss and European markets.
The new SICAF is owned by Harrison Street and Artisa and is intended to manage any assets acquired by the firms’ programmatic joint venture, which was first announced in December 2023. The launch of the SICAF, which will be managed by Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR, marks a significant step in the development of innovative real estate models that combine regeneration, sustainability, and returns for investors. It also supports Harrison Street’s vision of making investments in alternative real assets across geographies with leading partners among the highest-quality products.
The redevelopment of the 260-unit residential property at Viale Monza has transformed it into a modern, efficient residential structure perfectly integrated into the Milanese context. After a completion of a high-quality renovation, the building is now ready to launch a new phase in the living residential sector.
Operational management of Viale Monza has been entrusted to Citypop, among the first operators in Italy specialized in living solutions. With an advanced technological platform, a flexible offering, and a user-centered approach, Citypop aims to meet the needs of students, professionals and commuters, helping to redefine the concept of urban living.
The SICAF, structured with the support of Colliers Global Investors, is based on sound financial and operational governance, promoting continuity and efficiency in managing the property.
