Established in March 2020, the Fund initially focused on the acquisition and conversion of properties in Milan and Rome into citizenM-branded hotels. Its first investment was completed in March 2020 through the acquisition of a standalone asset subsequently redeveloped into a 4-star hotel.
Following the entry of a new international investor in June 2026, the Fund adopted a renewed growth strategy aimed at increasing its AUM through the acquisition of hotel assets across Italy, with a particular focus on value-add, repositioning and refurbishment opportunities.
