HEVF 2 Italy C is a closed-end alternative real estate investment fund dedicated to investments in assets to be converted into living solutions.
The objective of the fund is to invest the majority of its capital in office and multi-family assets, while the remainder will be invested in the retail and/or logistic sectors. The Fund will also consider mixed-use properties and the conversion of buildings from one use to another.
In June 2021, the preliminary purchase and sale agreement for three properties in Milan, located in historically residential areas of the city, was signed.
The objective of the transaction is to let these properties upon completion of the renovation and conversion for residential use planned for the second half of 2023.
