Student 2 is an alternative real estate investment fund, management of which was entrusted to Colliers Global Investors Italy with effect from March 2022.
The Fund confirms an investment strategy that looks with interest towards Milan and the greater metropolitan area and that focuses on urban regeneration projects capable of bringing immediate benefits to the community and, more generally, revitalising the city’s real-estate assets in terms of the sustainability and energy efficiency of its buildings, quality of life and reinforcement of the urban fabric.
The area purchased in April 2022, which will be home to university dormitories, has a total surface area of approximately 45,000 sqm and is located in northern Milan’s Bovisa district, which has a strong residential and university character.
