Wells Street consists of 7 floors above ground in addition to a rooftop and the basement and lies in the heart of the West End, within the dynamic and eclectic district of Fitzrovia, in a prime location easily accessible by the nearby Oxford Circus, Goodge Street and Tottenham Court Road subway lines. Historically known as Tasman House, the property hosted a local court until 2016, year when the former owners started the proceedings for its complete demolition and reconstruction, based on a project by the award-winning architects Buckley-Gray-Yeoman. The works have been completed in November 2017 and allowed the building to obtain the “Excellent” BREEAM certification level, a protocol dedicated to the environmental and energy sustainability of newly designed buildings.
