VG Italy Fund, established in December 2025, is a closed-end, reserved real estate alternative investment fund focused on logistics properties located across Italy.
In line with this strategy, on 30 December 2025 the Fund completed the acquisition of a logistics asset of approximately 21,000 sqm, located in the Province of Milan.
