In May 2025, Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR coordinated the establishment of a SICAF, jointly owned by Harrison Street (a global manager with over USD 55 billion in assets under management) and Artisa Group. The SICAF owns a residential property located at Viale Monza 137/139 in Milan.
The asset originates from the redevelopment of a 260-unit building into a modern, sustainable residential complex, managed by Citypop, the first operator in Italy specializing in flexible housing solutions, and aligned with the long-term strategy of the shareholders to develop high-quality residential assets in Italy.
