Spazio Casa is a closed-end, reserved real estate alternative investment fund dedicated to investments in Living sector assets.
The fund aims to invest the majority of its capital in office and multifamily assets, with the remaining portion allocated to the retail and/or logistics sectors. The strategy also considers mixed-use properties and the conversion of buildings from one use to another.
In January 2026, two recently built free-standing buildings located in historically residential areas of Milan were transferred to the Fund.
The transaction aims to enhance and generate income from these residential properties, with a planned divestment in the second half of 2028.
