In January 2026, the acquisition of three contiguous plots located in the Municipality of Opera (MI) was completed, in a strategic location for data centre development.
The transaction involves the development of a next-generation data centre with an expected capacity of approximately 60 MW, subject to the obtainment of the necessary building permits, urban planning authorisations, and grid connections.
Construction completion is expected by the end of 2029, with income generation starting from early 2030.
